We are located on the Northern side of Queens Boulevard between 69^th Road and 68^th Avenue, at the Walgreens shopping center. We offer Free Parking to our patients.

Accessibility by subway, bus and LIRR
Our office is 20 minutes from Midtown Manhattan by subway and 20 minutes from Penn station by LIRR.

Take the E, F, R, V Trains to “71^st Avenue Continental Ave" exiting 70^th Road on the northern side of Queens Boulevard, walk toward 69^th Road. You will see our office located at the Walgreens shopping center.

Take the LIRR to the " Forest Hills" station, which is on Austin Street and 71^st Avenue. Walk 1 block north to Queens Boulevard, cross over to the other side, and walk to 69^th Road. Our office is located at the Walgreens shopping center.
